Tungsten Carbide-Control screening

Process target: Safety screening of agglomerating WC (Tungsten Carbide) powder (grade 0–II) using fine meshes, starting from 45 µm sieve aperture.

System used:Kroosh Technologies, Single Deck, Circular vibratory screen Model SXE 950/1200. The machine generates multi-frequency vibration modes, which ensure continuous, efficient and mesh blind-free operation.

Product Capacity (Undersize):

a) Tungsten carbide WC-0 (FSSS=0.8 µm):

·160–190 kg/hr at 75 µm;

·850–900 kg/hr at 300 µm;

b) Tungsten carbide WC-II (FSSS=2.8 µm):

·380–400 kg/hr at 75 µm.

The process through the SXE ensures:
