Silicon Carbide - Control Screening

Process target: Removal of particles greater than 60 µm.

Process description:Silicon Carbide powder might contain needle-like particles having length of 60 µm and more. In order to remove these particles, the separation process (Control Screening) is done on 25 µm mesh.

System used:Kroosh Technologies, Single Deck, Circular vibratory screen Model SXE 950. The machine generates multi-frequency vibration modes, which ensure continuous, efficient and mesh blind-free operation.

Product Capacity (Undersize):100–150 kg/hr with maximum 10% of oversize.
