Cobalt, Molybdenum and Nickel

Process target: Separation and safety screening of agglomerating metal powder at fine meshes, down to 25 microns sieve aperture.

System used:Kroosh Technologies, Single Deck, Circular vibratory screen Model SXE 650/950/1200. The machine generates multi-frequency vibration modes, which ensure continuous, efficient and mesh blind-free operation.

Product Capacity (Feed):

a) Cobalt powder at separator SXE 950:

·200-220 kg/hr- separation at 36 microns

b) Nickel powder at separator SXE1200:

·270-300 kg/hr- separation at 45 microns

·1800 – 2100 kg/hr- safety screening at 147 microns

c) Molybdenum powder at separator SXE650:

·85-100 kg/hr- safety screening of intermediate product at 160 microns

·up to 200 kg/hr- safety screening of end product at 160 microns

The process through the SXE ensures:
