Process target: 1. Removal of particles greater than 100 µm.
Process description:Powder coating product is processed, milled and classified. Prior to the packing, which is the final stage, the product passes through a screening machine. The undersize of the screening process (which is almost 100% of the feed) is conveyed to the packaging line. In the final product, presence of particles smaller than 30-40 µm might create problems of non-unified product.
System used:Kroosh Technologies, Single Deck, Circular vibratory screen Model SXE 1200. The machine generates multi-frequency vibration modes, which ensure continuous, efficient and mesh blind-free operation.
Product Capacity :
1.Control screening over 100 µm sieve 1060 kg/hr with 96% efficiency.
